Double Tree by Hilton Sam Cheng / Omnibuild

The third Hotel Project @ 350 West 40th Street for McSam Realty. The hotel will be 536 Rooms and is designed by Gene Kaufman Architects and is being constructed by Omnibuild

B.A.M. Two Trees Management

Brooklyn Academy of Music (B.A.M) project by Two Trees Management. The B.A.M. South tower will be 31 stories tall and house 379 luxury rentals and a cultural center as well as retail and green spaces.

51 Jay Street Dayna Cebus / HMCMG

The prestigious 51 Jay Street Condo renovation project by Hudson Meridian and Dayna Cebus. Together HM and DC will provide management services to renovate and rehab the three story warehouse landmark building in the historic dumbo district into a 74 unit luxury residential condominium.
